4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
a. When you place an order through our website, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
b. Payments for orders on our website are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted payment processor. We accept the following payment methods:

• After you’ve successfully placed an order, please note that it will take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to process your order. For products advertised as “Ready to Ship,” processing time is reduced to 1 – 2 working days.
• Factors such as order volume and product availability may influence processing time.
• We are dedicated to efficiently processing orders to ensure prompt delivery.
5b. Delivery Time:
• Following the processing period, orders within the UK will typically be delivered within 5 working days. For international orders, delivery can be expected within 10 working days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as shipping destination, chosen shipping carrier, and unforeseen events affecting the delivery process.
5c. Total Duration:
• The estimated overall duration from the date of order placement until delivery will be approximately 4 – 5 weeks. Products advertised as “Ready to Ship” will typically be delivered within 5 – 12 working days, depending on location.
• This timeline encompasses both processing time and estimated delivery periods.
5d. Notifications and Tracking:
• Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a notification with tracking details.
• You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5e. Potential Delays and External Factors:
• Despite our efforts to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, and delays imposed by the chosen shipping carrier.
• We will communicate any significant delays affecting your delivery.
5f. Orders with Multiple Products:
• If your order includes multiple products with varying colours and textures, lead times may be affected.
• Products advertised as “Ready to Ship” will be dispatched together.
• Products with a lead time of 2 weeks or more will also be shipped together as part of the same order.
• However, if a customer purchases both “Ready to Ship” products and those with longer lead times, they will not be shipped together. The “Ready to Ship” products will be dispatched separately.
• In the event of separate shipments, each product will be provided with its unique tracking information.
5g. Address Modifications:
• Should you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please reach out to our customer service promptly.
• Address changes may influence delivery timing and could incur additional charges if applicable.

5h. Customs Fees and Import Duties:

• These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival of the order in the destination country.
• DELLAMAIRE is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges incurred during the import process.

7. CUSTOMISE YOUR HAIR
a. Customisation Options: Customers have the flexibility to customise Bundles, Closures, Clip-ins, Frontals, and Wigs according to their preferences on our website’s dedicated “Customise Your Hair” page.
b. Colour Choices:
• Solid Colour: Customers can opt for a single, solid colour for their hairpiece.
• Dark Roots with Main Colour: For a natural look, customers can choose dark roots combined with their preferred main colour.
• Two-Tone Ombre: Customers can select a two-tone ombre effect, featuring a gradual transition between two complementary colours, typically blending a darker shade at the roots that gradually lightens towards the ends.
c. Hair Samples for Colour Selection:
• For those wishing to double-check the perfect hair colour match, we offer hair samples in a variety of colours.
• Each sample costs £1.99 for both UK and international customers.
• UK Customers: Hair samples purchased separately within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, with a flat shipping fee of £1.99.
• International Customers: Hair samples purchased separately for international delivery will be shipped with a flat shipping fee of £5.99.
• Due to hygiene reasons, hair samples are non-returnable.
d. Double-Checking Selections: It is imperative that customers thoroughly review and confirm their chosen customisations before proceeding to checkout. To proceed, customers must check a confirmation box, signifying that they have carefully reviewed and fully understand their selections.
e. Inspiration and Visualisation:
• Pinterest Inspiration: For added inspiration, customers can visit our Pinterest account linked on the “Customise Your Hair” page, showcasing an array of images featuring various hair customisations.
• Clarification on Inspiration Images: While the Pinterest images serve as inspiration, they may not precisely reflect the colours available on our website. These images are sourced from Google and are intended for inspirational purposes only.
• Hair Colour Swatch: Alongside the inspiration images, customers will find a hair colour swatch adjacent to each image, providing a closer representation of the colours offered on our website.
f. Consistency Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain consistency in customisations, it’s essential to acknowledge that variations may occur due to the inherent nature of hair colouring.
g. Responsibility of the Customer: Customers bear the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy and suitability of their chosen customisations before finalising their order.
