Thank you for considering DELLAMAIRE for your hair purchase. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing you with the best service possible. Below is our policy that outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and order cancellations.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive DELLAMAIRE hair that is significantly not as described at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. This is strictly limited to receiving an entirely incorrect color, length, or texture (for example, bone straight or natural straight ordered and burmese curly received). Minor cosmetic variations—including slight stitching irregularities inherent to machine production that do not compromise the integrity of the hair, slightly loose threads, lace appearance, density variations, normal shedding, and texture changes resulting from customer handling, washing, heat exposure, humidity, or styling—do not constitute defects and are not eligible for a refund. Here’s how to proceed:
- Contact Us Promptly: Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear details and unedited photo and/or video evidence of the issue.
- Assessment of Claim: Our team will review the claim and aim to respond within 2–5 working days, and if the issue is confirmed, we will provide return instructions.
Conditions for Returns:
- Hang Tags: Returned items must have all hang tags attached.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, installation, alteration, washing, cutting, or styling and must be in their original packaging.
- Timeframe for Returns: Approved items must be returned within 7 days of communication, in the same condition as sent, for inspection.
- Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all return delivery and postage costs.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the above conditions, the refund will be processed. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, immediate notification is essential to avoid any inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to ensure your cancellation request is successful:
- Notify Us Promptly: Please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. You can do this by sending us an email with the subject “Cancel Order: [Your Order Number].”
- Locate Your Order Number: Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order.
- Confirmation of Cancellation: You will receive a response from us within 24 to 48 hours confirming your cancellation request has been successful, and we will initiate your refund.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important Note: Any cancellation requests received 24 hours after the purchase date will be unsuccessful, as processing of the order will have commenced. Adhering to the timeframe mentioned above is crucial for successful order cancellations.
