Order Processing & Delivery

Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, fees, and delivery times to ensure a smooth and timely experience with your order:

Shipping Charges

  • UK Customers: A shipping fee of £5.99 will apply to orders under £250. Orders of £250 or more qualify for free shipping. Hair samples purchased separately within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, with a flat shipping fee of £1.99.
  • International Customers: A shipping fee of £25.99 will apply to orders under £250. Orders of £250 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders over £250 qualify for free international shipping. Hair samples purchased separately for international delivery will be shipped with a flat shipping fee of £5.99.

Customs Fees and Import Duties
Please note that for international orders, any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery or collection. DELLAMAIRE is not liable for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing.

Processing Times
Orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks to process, with longer times for larger orders. Products marked “Ready to Ship” are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times. Lead times for custom, made-to-order items (including special colours and textures) may vary, as additional time is required to ensure quality.

Delivery Services
We use well-known and reputable couriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery worldwide. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via FedEx, DHL, Evri (formerly Hermes), Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DPD, or UPS.

  • UK Orders: Once processed, UK orders are generally delivered within 5 working days. Hair samples will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class and will be delivered the next working day following the 1-2 day processing period.
  • International Orders: Delivery usually takes about 10 working days following the processing period. Hair samples will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard and will be delivered within 4-7 working days following the 1-2 day processing period.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details. Please note that hair samples sent via Royal Mail are not sent using a tracked service; however, we will receive confirmation once delivery has been completed successfully.

Address Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact customer service at hello@dellamairehair.com as soon as possible. Address modifications may affect delivery times and could result in additional charges.

Important for Date-Specific Orders
For time-sensitive orders, please ensure you place your order with enough time to allow for processing and shipping durations.
