General
We offer Raw Single Donor and Premium Virgin hair in bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, and clip-in hair extensions. These products come in various textures, including natural straight, body wave, and burmese curly.
Unlike many other suppliers, especially those from China who dominate the hair market, we offer 100% ethically sourced human hair from Vietnam. Our hair is free from synthetic fibers or fillers, providing unmatched quality and durability. We also pride ourselves on transparency and ethical sourcing practices.
Our Raw Single Donor hair is collected from one individual, ensuring consistency in texture and quality. Our Premium Virgin hair, while also high quality, can come from multiple donors and carefully processed to achieve specific thicknesses like double drawn and super double drawn.
Double drawn hair means the bundle has been carefully sorted to remove shorter hairs, resulting in thicker, fuller hair from top to bottom. Super double drawn hair offers an even higher ratio of long hairs, making the bundle look incredibly voluminous and thick. This hair typically requires processing and may come from multiple donors to ensure consistency.
– 12 – 16 inches: 2 bundles for a natural look, 3 bundles for a fuller look.
– 18 – 26 inches: 3 bundles for a natural look, 4 bundles for a fuller look.
– 28 – 32 inches: 4 bundles for a natural look, 5 bundles for a fuller look.
– 12 – 16 inches: 100g – 150g for a natural look, 150g – 200g for a fuller look.
– 18 – 24 inches: 150g – 200g for a natural look, 200g-250g for a fuller look.
– 26 – 32 inches: 150g-250g for a natural look, 250g-300g for a fuller look.
Maintenance
To keep your hair looking fresh and beautiful, wash it regularly with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Deep conditioning treatments every couple of weeks can help maintain softness and shine. Avoid excessive heat styling and always store your hair extensions in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Yes, our Raw and Premium Virgin hair products can handle heat styling, but we recommend using a heat protectant and setting your tools to a moderate temperature to avoid damaging the hair.
With proper care, our hair can last anywhere from 1 to 3 years (6 months – 1 year for Clip-ins). making it a long-term investment in your beauty routine. The longevity of the hair depends on the texture, how often it’s styled, and the care it receives.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders generally take 2 – 4 weeks to process. Processing times will be longer for larger orders. However, products advertised as “Ready to Ship” have a shorter processing time of 1 – 2 working days. Please keep in mind this does not include delivery.
Made-to-order orders, including specific colours and textures, require additional processing time to ensure each piece meets your specifications. Ready-to-ship products are available immediately, but custom orders will take a bit longer due to the level of personalisation.
If you are placing an order for a specific event or date, please ensure to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery to avoid any disappointment. Unforeseen factors such as order volume, customisation requirements, and shipping destination may also affect the delivery timeframe.
Absolutely! Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
After your order has been processed, UK deliveries typically arrive within 5 working days. International deliveries take around 10 working days.
Yes, you can modify your shipping address after placing an order, but please contact customer service as soon as possible at hello@dellamairehair.com. Address changes might affect delivery time and could incur extra charges.
Yes, we do offer international shipping. Delivery times for international orders are approximately 10 working days after the processing period is complete.
Refund, Returns & Exchanges
We offer a comprehensive Refund Policy for eligible products. Made-to-order items are final sale and may only be eligible for a refund if they arrive significantly not as described. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Yes, orders can be cancelled or modified if they have not yet entered the processing phase. Please contact customer service as soon as possible if you wish to make any changes.

Customise Your Hair
We offer several customisation options including:
- Solid Colour: Opt for a single, solid colour for a classic look.
- Dark Roots with Main Colour: Choose dark roots with your preferred main colour for a natural, blended effect.
- Two-Tone Ombre: Select a two-tone ombre style for a gradual transition between two colours, from darker roots to lighter ends.
